Terms of Use
These terms apply between you and KörkortAkademi when you use TaxiTeori.se. Please read them before buying — your purchase means you accept them.
1. About the service
TaxiTeori.se is a digital study service that helps you prepare for Trafikverket's knowledge tests for the Swedish taxi driver licence. The service is operated by KörkortAkademi, Sjöfrökens väg Norsborg.
It contains practice questions, mock exams, theory texts and explanations. Questions are shown in Swedish because the real exam is only given in Swedish; the interface and explanations are available in several languages.
2. Account
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password secret. The account is personal and must not be shared.
We may suspend accounts that are shared, used to copy the content or otherwise breach these terms.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor including VAT and appear on the checkout page before you confirm.
Payment is handled by Stripe. You buy access for a chosen period — 15 days, 30 days, 3 months or 6 months. It is a one-off payment: access does not renew automatically and nothing is charged to your card again.
When the period ends, access to the member content stops. Your account and study history remain.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have, as a consumer, a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases.
Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout you therefore expressly consent to delivery starting at once and confirm that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. If you do not give that consent, access starts only once the withdrawal period has expired.
To exercise your right of withdrawal before delivery has started, email info@korkortakademi.se. Refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 days.
5. What the service is — and is not
We are an independent study service with no affiliation to Trafikverket or Transportstyrelsen. We cannot book tests, issue licences or influence exam results.
The content is based on current regulations, including TSFS 2021:119, and is updated regularly. We give no guarantee that you will pass — the outcome depends on your own preparation, and Trafikverket's assessment always governs.
The course certificate generated in the service is a summary of your own training with us. It is not an official document and no authority requires it.
6. Reviews
Only signed-in users can write reviews. Every review is checked manually before publication.
We do not publish reviews containing threats, incitement against groups, abuse, other people's personal data, advertising, or content unrelated to the service. We never edit the content of a review — we either publish it or we do not.
You can ask us to remove your review at any time by emailing info@korkortakademi.se.
7. Intellectual property
Questions, texts, images and software belong to KörkortAkademi or our licensors. You may use the material for your own studies, but you must not copy, distribute, resell it or use it to build a competing service.
8. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but we may need to carry out maintenance or be affected by outages at our providers.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current period. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made. The date at the top shows the latest change.
Swedish law applies. If we disagree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se) or to the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
